Blacked out side blinkers for sale

I have a pair of side markers for our cars that are gloss black. The silver ones that are on our cars are 28 dollars a piece from the delearship so i figure 30 dollars a piece plus shipping for these or trade plus cash possibly. Are these DIY done? Or did you have someone paint them? Are they new or used?

They were done by a company called tcc and i didnt like how they came out so i took it to another shop who got these almost perfect but much better than the first shop.
