If someone was to swap these into a non-touring model, would there be any extra hardware/harnesses needed for the heaters? Or is the wiring already ran for base models as well, just base seats?

I THINK, that most people's cars will have them already. You would need the buttons. I could be persuaded to include the button pack with the seats.

Is there anything needed to swap them into a non-touring Z and have them still be power seats?

my 2012 had the wiring already. I did the swap, but I never got a chance to order the heated switches yet.

Under your base seat just look under it, you will see 1 yellow plug for the air bag, and there should be 2 more white plugs that are "taped up", also if you pop open the cup holder with ur hands, you will see the heated switches wires right there, mine already had 12 volts into them also.
