expensive huh.....

I'd rather send mine to be painted then to pay 2000 for a new set that won't even have my engraving on it.

send it? why - just DIY man ... thats like the easiest thing to do lol... take off... bake off... sand off... paint... re-attach ... Done

And I bet you the LEDs and all the electronics in that thing wont cost a cent more than like 50$ lol... you are paying for labor that you can do yourself... im just waiting to get my hands on a spare set from someone

the EBay ad makes it sound like it was posted by SinCity, but the pictures don't look as nice as the SinCity ones in the other threads.

Those are, in fact, pictures of my headlights by CiNcity Designs. I recognize the seller name as a forum member over at MY350Z, so I'm assuming this is someone who works for or with CiNcity.

The description is very accurate. What they're saying here is the auction winner will pay for a brand new set of headlights with modifications as he/she desires. I also had CiNcity Designs order me a brand new set of headlights as a core swap, and they refund me the cost of the headlights when I send them my set.

Seriously, though, I can do the electronics and wiring myself. The LEDs are super cheap, but I'm not very crafty so I don't want to risk destroying an expensive set of new headlights. I'd rather modify LEDs in the gauge cluster, and surface mount stuff is what I'm good at.

Those leds are the best one's I've seen so far. I bought them for my Z....and they don't stick. I opted to not put them inside my head light tho...fit perfectly between hood and light. AND I don't have to worry about future condensation

I would like to see pics. I think it would look great along the bottom and slightly curving up around the outside.

I saw a 350z with the stick on LEDs and they looked pretty good even though I was standing a foot away.
