WTB: Stock 370Z airboxes......Cheap!.....>

For some experimentation. Really just need the tubes from the accordion pipe to the airbox body. Let me know what you have!
Thanks...

I Might have some lying around. Let me look. I have done a few CAI installs, proabably have the boxes around here somewhere. How much were you looking to pay?

Are you going to increase intake tube diameter to the box? Please let me know how it goes. Also, heat rejecting plastic would be nice. I wouldn't need all that bling.

I'm going to experiement along those lines. I already make an insulated airbox and machine larger MAF tubes for Audi's. I need to see how much of this I can briing to the 370...

Hopefully there's some benefit.

I would like something to have gains like Stillen intakes, but I don't want to fuss with intake filters inside the front bumper.

With 350Z, I had the JWT Popcharger. Before selling the car, I switched back to the stock airbox. Gosh, my car pulled so much harder! So... no more heat sucking aftermarket intakes for me.

And your main problem was.........Popchargers......let alone possibility that the filters weren't isolated nor insulated.
