Nismo Seats and ALL other interior trim! Racecar build happening now!
 

hey guys, have a 2009 Nismo that is being converted to a World Challenge GTS car right now and we are selling everything on the inside that is not moving over to the race build.... wheels/tires are already spoken for, but seats, door panels, interior trim, radio head unit, speakers, etc. etc. are UP FOR SALE!!!

Seats are in absolute MINT CONDITION and black in color.... can get pics. later from race shop handling the conversion... they are being taken out of the car this week before the cage goes in and all parts can either be picked up in the Va Beach area or shipped out...

Would like to ask $750 for the pair of seats and they will included everything, rails and all, whatever you need.

also, will be selling steering wheel too...

basically, if anyone has a certain request for a part they are after, please give me a shout as i'm sure we will work this out for you.

there is a press release coming out just after the 1st of the year on what we are up to as the only Nissan Factory Assisted Team for 2012 in World Challenge... 2 car team, but 1st car is already built, so no extra parts there... just out of the 2nd car, which is a mint example '09 w/ only 44k miles on it.

ok, all good on everything, except brakes actually, as we have to keep the stock calipers.. (actually, we don't, but they are better from the factory than Stoptech, so no need for us to scrap them) ... cubby hole dash, no problem, steering wheel no problem... if you guys want to PM me w/ offers, etc that's fine or just better to email me direct w/ "what you are after" in the subject line and then i can hit you back w/ pics. etc... Do you have any carbon fiber trim on the inside interior parts?

I'm interested in the door panels/leg rests/ shift boot/ center dash console trim... Are these available, and if so could I get some pics please?

If it had the nav system, Im interested in that.

I'd also be interested in the steering wheel (no airbag) as well as the small rear trunk panel (the one that has the trunk light built in). I broke a tab on mine.

Give me a price for each please.

wow... i have to say guys, overwhelming response in both posts and private messages.. thanks for all the interest!!!! to clarify just a couple of things (and i'll be responding back to many of you that have sent PMs to me, no doubt):

Nissan Motorsports would like to see us running the stock following items:

1: shift knob
2: brakes
3: factory diff (they will just be adding a diff. cooler to it)
4: knee bolsters and stock dash so that when there is an 'in-car' camera shot, fans that follow the series will be able to recognize the stock layout on the 370 dash)

wheels/tire combo is spoken for already....

seats are available and all the of the other trim items, cubbys, etc. are all good to remove... door panels (might be spoken for) and just any other general stuff is all up for grabs... honestly, i just need to figure out a way to manage the requests coming in and i won't let you guys down, just bear w/ me over the next few days or so w/ xmas right around the corner....

also, there is basically a brand new set of Nismo floormats, all the carpet, owners manual, spare tire, etc. too....

just keep the thread going as i'll be checking it daily and just pick off those who have requested 'x' items first by time frame and go from there on not leaving anyone out... rear dash panels, radio, speakers, all sorts of stuff that the team is/will be getting me a slight inventory on here in the next couple of days to come and we'll get pictures, etc. but i've already seen the car in person before it went to the nissan factory backed team doing the build, and it's all in fantastic condition!!!

Are you guys going to run the stock vsld unit as well or are you upgrading to a clutch type or torsen lsd?

PS--interested on what you guys purchase and/or fab up for the rear diff cooler.

PPS--brake ducting...yea or nea? If yea, are y'all gonna chop holes in the bumper ala the Nismo RC car and run flexible tubing to the brakes that way?

I'm surprised about the factory LSD unless they mean the nismo clutch type. If you guys are allowed to change any of the exterior, I'm looking a front-right nismo fender liner.

No NAV, it is a nismo model.

headliner will be for sale... i think we will end up using a diff. cooler that is outside of the Nismo one (expensive for them at nissan cost and can be duplicated for a fraction of cost,,,, will share details on a full 'build' thread coming around soon after the new year...

keep the replies coming and we will get on all of these requests/orders coming into next week and just after the 1st of the year... so many great items available and some of them are starting to get spoken for... will do my best to keep up w/ the PMs coming at me and get stuff all sorted out and start taking money in and shipping items very soon, etc..

sorry for delay on some of this guys and just trying to get past xmas and new year and things will get back to normal again...

hey guys, also, i know for SURE that we'll all want to see some pics and that's no problem.. just hang in there as the car was just totally stripped this week and headed for the acid-bath over the weekend in NC and then getting caged coming into Jan.4th for completion and then starting to get all put back together... i won't let any of you down on pics. just need a little time for the race shop to help post up pics on certain items, etc...

this series of World Challenge will be televised on NBC Sports, tape delayed, in/around IRL which we are the headliner act for.... there will be massive exposure, Nissan is the title sponsor for World Challenge (one of them anyways...) the Nissan Leaf will be the official Pace Car for WC this year, etc. etc... any of you guys that have interest in coming to any of the events should PM me direct, and i'm sure at certain ones such as Detroit GP and Long Beach GP, we can get you some VIP access and tickets (at least a dozen or so) in order for you guys to be present and active w/ this effort that Nissan is fully 'factory backing' from the corporate side of things...

more to come and an official build forum/ press release deal coming just after the 1st of the year from Nissan direct that i will share w/ everyone very soon as it becomes available...

would the interior door panels from this car be the same as on a 2010 Touring Z ? I mean fit-wise. I had some local ding-a-ling's tint my windows a month (Vega Motorsports in Waldorf) or so ago and they melted the inside door panel on the driver side. Nissan wants $600 for a new panel so finding a cheapie would be good for me P:

hey guys, after a slightly longer delay than expected on part-out, we are finally ready to roll on getting things purchased and shipped out this week and next.... i will be going through all the thread replies and going in order for 'who' wants 'what' and so be expecting some PMs coming to each of you over the next few days and we'll get things moving along... appreciate your patience and the pair of 370z's are being picked up for Thurs morning from Acid Dip shop in NC and being delivered to cage builder in Richmond, VA for Thurs afternoon....

Our first test date is going to be at VIR on Feb. 14th weekend w/ NASA guys in Mid Atlantic and so anyone wanting to keep up to date or come out to the track that weekend are more than welcome to drop by and say hello..

yes, the Long Beach and Detroit GPs are going to be the highlight races of '12 and everyone/anyone who is interested, just keep in touch through this forum post and we'll go ahead and link up the actual "build forum/etc" here soon after the 1st of the year. stay tuned.

hey guys... as promised to Triple's... i wasn't aware of my signature line URL being in violation and also, i will not be listing anything additional until i have specific pricing attatched.. sorry for the confusion on my end of things and i'm actually going to the race shop next week to personally pick up everything in take-off parts to bring back to my shop and list out in a more proper fashion... i'm still responding to PMs on items and will be back on this thread over the weekend some and after the New Year this weekend. thanks once again for the patience and we WILL have these take-off parts ready for sale properly in the next days:week(s) to come.

Nissan 370z Build Pictures moving along....
 

hey guys, thought i would start to pass along some of the build process happening over the past few weeks and where it's moving along into some of the final action coming within the next 30-45 days before we hit the track LIVE at our first test at VIR in Feb. 15th weekend....

thought some of you might enjoy seeing where we started on 1 of the 2 cars and the process to follow moving forward. both cars were just picked up from the Acid Dip facility in North Carolina last week and then the other day, they were taken along to Richmond, VA to the cage builder who is working very quick and hard for us over the next few days to complete the cage structures... this process is all moving VERY, VERY Fast as we have major deadlines on the horizon and so far, all is going exactly as planned.... Acid Dip / Re-Stitch of the chassis weld points per Nissan's input to our team, are getting underway over the next several days and then the cars get picked up in Richmond, VA and taken down to the race shop in Virginia Beach, VA where all of the parts start to roll back into the cars and outfitted w/ everything Nismo and Penske 4-Way shock packages, etc.etc!!

Things are going to be a big Thrash for the team over the next few weeks to get them all put back together, dyno tune, corner balance/align and start off w/ a solid 'baseline' setting on ride heights and suspension tweaks to make sure they are as close to 'shakedown' status as possible for our first test coming up in a little less than 45 days now and counting... this will all take place at VIR on Feb. 14th weekend w/ the NASA Group there as we'll be there w/ the whole team and drivers starting to get a quick handle on 'what we have' to start making them handle and zip around the ultra fast 3.2 mile circuit just south of Danville, VA........ Only thing that could stand in our way during that test, is the possible cold weather that doesn't work so well for World Challenge Pirelli Slicks being run once again for this 2012 Season.

Stay tuned and we'll be posting out more and more build progress photos here for now on this link, until we open up the Official 370z World Challenge Team Post on a seperate thread, but at least for now, you can get an idea of what we are up to and realize how much we have been doing to bring all these 'take-off' parts to market for you on the used side of things.

Nismo Steering wheel FS w/ pics. looking to get $175 shipped to anywhere in the lower 48 states of the US... not sure if airbag is still in there or not, but can either ship with it or without if needed... taking it how it is would be great so i don't have to mess w/ it, but let me know if there is a 'must have' scenario on that as it will come UPS Ground, NOT Air Mail...
