SOLD: Motordyne ART Pipes Version 2 (Used)
Hi everyone, Up for sale is a pair of used Motordyne ART Pipes Version 2, put on approximately 3000 miles or so on it. I'm selling these because I have ART Version 3 pipes Included is the used gasket, bolts, and nuts. Probably best to get new gaskets the bolts and nuts are still useable. Asking Price: $350 or OBO plus shipping. Don't mind trades either, just PM an offer with your goodies. Payment: Cash, PayPal or USPS Money Order. Hope the pictures are good enough, let me know if you need other shots. Last edited by Paskii; 01-04-2012 at 01:53 PM. Reason: Item been sold! |

The only difference from what I know is that version 3 has a vibration bracket and the finish of the pipes are ceramic. The pipes work fine but on my car I would experience random vibration from the pipes, I'm quite sensitive to the sound so I rather try to get rid of it. Even with version 3 the vibration is minimized it's not eliminated 100%, but again I'm sensitive to those things. Read up on the Motordyne ART pipes review for more info on version 2, performance wise it's outstanding. Hope this helps!

Yes I'm willing to ship internationally but buyer covers shipping, I just did a quick quote to Brunei on Canada Post website. The estimated cost is $1,132.95 lol. Probably something wrong with the website but I don't think it will be cheap to ship it over there.

Cool, I do hope everyone reads up on it. I don't want people to think I scammed them or something. No problem shipping to Montreal! Last edited by Paskii; 12-15-2011 at 05:25 PM. |

FWIW I have these exact ART pipes and have ZERO vibration issues! Also these are also TITANIUM CERAMIC COATED! The only thing you gain on version 3 is the tabs and they're chrome looking....
Also you will NOT be able to re use his gaskets. Trust me and the troubles I've gone thru trying to use gaskets with these. Motordyne now includes RED RTV with the kit rather than gaskets. Do yourself a favor and go to Walmart and grab some for $3. This is a great deal

One last thing, many people with these "issues" forget to cut the bolt that protrudes thru the floor board on the drivers side. This causes rattling issues......

Thanks for the input Footloose and your right Version 3 is chrome coated, I actually prefer the titanium coat as well. But yeah definitely a good idea to get new gaskets and RTV when installing the ART pipes.

Is it a rattle? I experienced the rattling sound. Disappeared after 1500 miles.
