*PICS* Stock 19" Rays w/ rubber FS

Selling my stock 19" Rays w/ rubber, used them for about 2800 miles to include 1500 miles of a highway road trip lol. In any case 1150 + Shipping. The one front rim has a slight scuff on it. I will post pictures as soon as I get a camera from someone to take them. They will also need stems because I took mine and put them on my 20's so the stupid sensor didn't throw a light.

please post pics of the scuff asap - interested, thanks

well lol I dinged one of the other rims getting them out of the car today lol. I will post pics momentarily as soon as I get them off my phone they are pretty minor scuffs. Sorry about the poor quality pics in advance but like I said I don't have access to a digital cam atm

I want

Solus 05-12-2009 11:57 PM

Folks, I am not in a rush to sell them nor do I really need the money I just don't like them sitting here in the way. I am firm on the price as I feel it is a very good deal. If after a while they haven't sold I will likely take a lower offer. Not to be rude or mean but please don't bother pm'ing if you are going to try to get them cheaper.

Solus 05-13-2009 06:40 AM

Sorry fellas I have never sold anything this heavy and tried to ship it. Is there some company or way of shipping that I don't know about that is not outrageously pricey? Cheapest shipping I have found has been like $600 for all 4

Crash 05-13-2009 07:03 AM

You can try Bax Global. Not sure if they do residential though.

Musashi 05-13-2009 08:16 AM

maybe even fedex? they are much better then ups when it comes to heavy packages. Let me know im interested.

Solus 05-13-2009 09:58 AM

consolidated freightways? (Company) Wait, I think it looks like they could be bankrupt?

I thought a guy sent me wheels and tires for my FX through that company.

Con way? Use a long-haul freight company. It sounds like they are much cheaper.

Thanks for the help guys but I am going to have to go ahead and close the thread. I was just told about 15 minutes ago that I am heading back out to Iraq. I am leaving for training in just over a week then when i get back about 6 weeks later I will be deploying again. Probably just going to hold on to them until I get back. Now I just have to get the wife to let me send the car to the guys at Forged for my TT setup :D

When I had to ship some Volk TE's I was able to put heavy cardboard on the front and rear of the wheels, then wrap them with packing tape. Basically the tires themselves were open and exposed but the rim was protected.

It was $150 to ship all 4. They were 19's also so the weight should be very similar. Just use their most bobo shipping method and pack them this way- should be much less expensive and if you do it correctly the rims will not get damaged.

Best of luck- I would snatch these wheels from you if I had the spare cash.

RCZ 05-25-2009 10:52 AM

yeah I've shipped wheels and tires before....shouldnt be more than $150.
