You know I've worked at Best Buy selling them, and I was told the only state they're illegal in was VA, but I was told by someone who was a former Police Officer as I was driving into work stuck in traffic, told me they were illegal in DC, but I dont care, I'll play the I didnt know role, if I was pulled over, or just pull it off the windshield if an officer pulls up beside me.

Pretty much the same thing as a radar scrambler/ jammer, it works, but its pretty pricey.

Thanks guys, and as for laser shifters, they pretty much deflect laser signals so the police gun doesn't catch a speed.
