I am parting out my car and I prefer local buyers from Vancouver BC. I will do shipping if I have to. Here is what I have:

2. Advan RS wheels- $2500+shipping
-one of the most rare wheels out there, 10/10 condition matt black, no curbs or rashes

-19x9 +22 @19lbs, 19x10 +25 @20lbs
-Hankook V12 255/35/19 60% left front
-275/35/19 over 90% left back

-I have had 305/30/19 on the rear before and I find that a more square setup actually improves steering response.

Hmm, 25mm spacers on stock wheels (rear) might be a bit much? I hear 20mm is perfect

Depends on how low you drop. If you're really low 25 sits perfect. 20 for moderate drop.
