Not looking to buy but just wanted to ask... do I see black with metallic/crystal flakes? 3 stage painting? Looks really good. What are the imperfections?

Yes, two of the wheels didn't get a good coat and you can see the primer through in some spots, and some paint chipped. Just need to be redone.
