I have a complete set of four 19' factory wheels and Bridgestone Potenza tires with less than 5000 mls. 245/40/19 & 275/35/19, excellent condition!

Have a complete factory exhaust system,

factory air boxes,

First thing I thought. Besides the obvious design difference, the Nismo's come with the same Yokohama Advans found on the 18's.
