I'm interested in a set, is there a DIY already made on the removal/installation of these? If so I need to read up on that... Or is this a Dealer only sort of thing??

Super easy. You just need a flat head tool or screwdriver to wedge into the side and pull up.The clips come off easy. Then unplug the buttons and switch the button housing from one window trim to the new one via 4 screws if I remember correctly.

Are these available in the matte finish?

Carbon Fiber Element 08-16-2011 04:37 PM

Yes I can do matte finish, but I'd have to charge a little more, since it costs us more to do them.
