25 row or less oil cooler
Hey guyz,
I'm from northern VA and it gets quite cold here in the winter time,I'm looking for a good deal on a used/new oil cooler with no more than 25 rows to prevent over cooling. Oh my first choice is pickup but I will pay for delivery if too far. Thanks in advance. *Update!!* I should note I'm looking for a complete kit. I'm not too car savvy so I don't want to have to go through the process of finding specific parts. Unless you're willing to guide me through that. Last edited by Black370; 07-10-2011 at 08:03 AM. I have a Setrab 25-row, Setrab oil cooler brackets, a thermostatic Mocal plate, and -10 AN fittings. All you need is your own lines and you're set. PM me if you're interested.

just the cooler, or the whole kit? I've been thinking of upgrading from my modshack cooler setup.

I have a set of lines left over as well. Stainless steel braided Teflon lines, 90 degree angled AN10 fittings. Lines are 48 and 64 inch long.

i have a tru-cool 8x11" cooler that would be perfect for your situation. great for the street and even track but not in hot weather. on the street it's impossible to overheat, but also wont "over-cool" your oil. it's about the same size as the setrab 25 row.
i'm asking $30 for cooler only or $50 which includes two male elbow fittings that hook up to an-10 fittings for your hoses. i paid about twice as much new, but need to replace it with a setrab 34 row now since i want to be able to track during summer also. pm me if interested. |
