^ Most modifications, especially in CA are labeled FOR OFF ROAD USE ONLY... my Berk HFCs and R2C intakes said the same thing.. As do most truck lift kits. This is not to be confused with "offroading" use..

^ has nothing to do with emissions, has to do with dept of motor vehicle and laws in different states.
