New Hankook Ventus Tires

I have a set of new Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110 tires 305/30/19 for sale. I would like 400 local pickup or 450 shipped in conus. I am now located in Miami well actually Ft. Does a 'set' mean four tires or two?

To me:

set = 4
pair = 2
$400 for 4 = impossible
