Wait can you explain this? In the picture the lip appears to match the bumper, but you're saying that the bumper was not correct? So the lip wouldn't match a correctly painted bumper?

It's a common problem with the pearl white paint, you can't really tell in the pic but my front bumper was alil darker then the rest of the car. The lip matched perfectly with the rest of the car tho, so no worries
