Talking F/T: Trade - My Nismo Rims for New Rims....

SOLD..!!

Hey guys, So here's the deal....

I'm looking to get a set of new rims which are ~$1200-ish, and I noticed a lot of guys are looking for Nismo rims...

So I figure instead of me putting down cash to get new rims, then spend time trying to sell my Nismo wheels, and do the whole shipping thing, we just work on a trade instead.

So these are the wheels I'm looking to get:
**Varrstoen ES 2.2.2 |19×9.5|19×10.5| SHIPS FREE!***

Now looking around the forum, Nismo rims are going for ~$1500.
So if someone buys the Varrstoens, I will swap my Nismo rims for them.

Then we meet at a wheel/auto shop locally, do the trade and you also pay to have the Varrstoens fitted (mounted & balanced) on my car.
(Wheel trade only, I keep my tires and TPMS.)
Or you ship the Varrstoens to my local wheel shop, they fit rims, and they can ship the Nismo rims to you.

I'm guessing with the cost of the Varrstoens (which ship free) and paying to have these installed on my car, you will still walk out with Nismo rims for well under $1500.
And of course you'd still have your own stock rims to sell after and make yourself a few bucks

This is a Win-Win guys

PM me and we'll discuss the details, and I'll let you know the specs of the Varrstoen that you'd need to order to do this trade.

Here's the links to the picture album:
http://www.the370z.com/members/troop...mo-wheels.html

My Nismo is less than 2 months old, and there are two minor minor minor marks inside the spoke.
You can see these circled in red in the photo album, honestly you have to be up close and point blank range to spot these. I only just saw them myself while cleaning the rims to take these pictures today.

SOLD..!!

I would say Nismo wheels are going for $1500 WITH tires. But still a pretty good deal. GL and if you were local, I'd probably take you up on this. 8-)

i dont know man, just because they are going for 1300-1500 doesnt mean they arnt worth much much more. the nismo wheels are basicaly TE-37s with a differnt spoke pattern. same sizes and very close in weight. those wheels sure wont fetch 1500 on here.... just a thought. think ill hold on to mine for some time....

I'm not sure what you're saying here...???

Are you saying Nismo wheels are worth much much more...... then you're saying they won't fetch 1500.... which is it?? LOL.

If it's the latter.. please remember the forum rules no price flaming...

Besides this thread isn't asking for any money... this is a trade

i guess what i wrote was a bit confusing. heres the cliff notes::

-your nismo wheels are worth much MORE than 12-1500
-price flaming, huh?
-i understand its a trade. and your getting ripped off.

i guess i could have kept this to myself but i think you should ask for more!

first thing people ask about my nismo is if the BADASS WHEELS CAME WITH IT!!!!

since that is not OP price, i would like to say that price was a RIP if it is with out tires and tpms... OP's price is actually very reasonable, sets have sold at the range of $1400 to $1600 since last year... also, i don't think the thinking that holding on to urs hoping price will increase is necessarily correct... just keep in mind that there are more nismo's out there now and that means there will just be more ppl selling their sets as well... so imo price should decrease the more you wait.. just my opinion...

good luck with the sale!!!

Well bottom line is the Nismo was only made in limited numbers, so it's not going to be easy to find a set of Nismo rims.

Not every owner is going to even think about changing/selling their rims, and a handful of Nismos have already been crashed.

So the chances of these coming up for sale/trade are slim, unless someone wants to pay Nissan Dealership prices to order an OEM set of Nismo rims.

I'm not making any money here, all I get is a sweet set of black rims (and fitting) that I like, and fits the theme I want to take my car in.

The buyer on the other hand..... gets a limited edition wheel less than market value, and still has their old Z wheels to sell after and make themself some money.

Like I said, it's a Win-Win...

If you don't agree, then don't post
