So.... I been weighing wheel options for a looong while now. Really love the Venaci Spirits but after only putting 5500 on the beast since May 09 it's really hard to justify the expense. Any thoughts on these in white on my MB? I ask you as a professional and not the seller of these rims of course

Personally, I'm not a fan of white wheels, but I did see a picture of someone else's white track wheels on black, and it looked pretty good. I don't think I would ever do it though.

I'm guessing MB is magnetic black, but now I'm thinking Monterey Blue by your avatar? On blue, maybe.

Mikey, you sold these yet?
I might have a buyer for you from the G35 forum

Sorry Mike, car is sold now

I think on white though, the lip wouldn't have looked as good as it did on your black Z. I'm anxious to see what you do with the nismo wheels though!!

actually, I think I am going to keep them. After looking at both sets of wheels side by side, I like the S-tunes and their lip better than the regular nismos.

wow really? Hell, if I still had my Z I'd be buying the nismo's from you then

I think they'd look funny on a G35 sedan though

haven't decided yet, but if I do, I have a local buyer that wants them. First thing I am going to eventually do, is powdercoat them black for my friend Rouge370Z and do a swap for his nismo rims. I just don't know when I will even get time for that.

Mike, I was recently able to find a set of Nismos. I need to talk to you about powder coat possibilities for them. I really don't want to do black, but I need something that will go with Platinum Graphite. I was thinking a darker blue, perhaps something close to Daytona Blue. What do you think?

black looks so good with platinum graphite. I know its been done a lot, but it really looks great.
