Wrong dude, you install it, use it, if you want to sell it, you uninstall it and it can be reinstalled. It is really simple and does all the install / uninstall for you ;-)
It pulls your stock rom and stores it should you want to revert to stock. Now if some gimp decides to sell you an AP that has not been 'un' installed you cannot reinstall it. Like I said, it will be ready for install on your car and will work as expected.
