WTB: HFCs, or RES Test Pipes. If nothing is available I may just pick up the CNT res test pipes

does NC have smog/emissions laws/tests?

I'm not worried about that. I know a guy...Plus NC doesnt do the sniffer test anymore. Not that it would matter for me anyway
