Does it require having to tear up everything along the floor to get them wired in or is it just a plug and play?

^^ its plug and play. very easy to do. one side (drivers side kickplate) requires you to run a wire from the passanger side to the drivers side but its soooo easy because it comes with material you use to clamp it down as you run it along the firewall.
