what's the material on the inside like? I bought one before that was not like what they pictured (it was rubbery and not very soft)

If its the Platinum Shield version, then it has the FleeceGuard™ scratch-free lining.
If its the Deluxe Shield version, then it does not. Described as scratch free inside, but not specifically fleece.
