Keep in mind if you’re interested in something that shipping can get aggressive on heavy items like the rotors or calipers.
So far, shipping quotes via UPS and FedEx on rotors and calipers are hovering between $50 and $80 due to the weight.

Are the illuminated kickplates standard for all 2009-2014 370z including Nismo? I have a slightly dented one. If so, I'll take them.

The illuminated kickplates were a dealer option for all years the the best of my knowledge and will fit any year 09+. These dont include the additional harness that wires them into the passenger footwell, but, if you already have the illuminated kickplates and you want to buy these to replace a damaged one then this is ideal for you as you would have no need for the harness.
