I have a brand new, never installed IRP shifter for sale. I custom cut a silicone rubber pad that goes between the base plate and trans tunnel to prevent NVH. Something that should have been done in the factory by all the companies that make this style shifter. I'm even throwing in a brand new set of GK Tech shifter springs. Priced to sell quickly.
