is this a bad deal or something, not even straight trade offer?
or is the nismo spoiler ugly...

Anyone who trades would ideally have to change bumpers too.

It's an expensive move that's more involving than just a regular spoiler install (or well, hatch swap). It's also unlikely anyone with a different color would make this move as well.

Cool that it was ceramic coated, but very narrow buyer niche.

The other fact is you may run into different years of the same "Black" but you could get different shades of it depending on the production day and supplier of the paint during that time of production.

Then you have the environmental conditions. Sun exposure, rain, blah blah.

What is your objective? If it's the spoiler, maybe look around for something that is more pleasing?

when you said, would have to change bumper, is this not just a preference for looks to match the spoiler?
mechanically, I do not see how the hatch would cause an issue with sports model bumper or that of the base model. the hatch/lift gate if you want to be technical is interchangeable across model years/trims. is it not?

The Nismo spoiler sticks out a bit further and the Nismo bumper is longer to mate up to the spoiler. If you don't do the bumper as well the spoiler and bumper won't be flush with one another.

just to install the fly 1 wing. much easier with no holes on the hatch.
I thought experience professional or even someone who is meticulous could tell paint that came from a different blend regardless, and there are tons of wrecked Z that has been repaired or repainted, so I did not think color difference will be a huge issue for a prospective base hatch owner.

thanks for the input yall. I guess I will just go find a spare base match from the junkyard lol.

good to know, I guess I will have to see that in person to really see how bad it looks. just looking at my car now, it did not look like the spoiler base go past the hatch but I am not that observant when it comes looks.

Would you be interested in shipping? Any idea how this would install on a 2010 non-Nismo?

It would install fine. But you would need to drill a **** load of holes. Also if you do not want the wing bottom edge to stick out past you rear bumper by 1/4 -1/2 of an inch, you would need a Nismo rear bumper.

You can see on the image the extra holes, and if you look where the hatch meats the rear bumper (by the tail lights), you can also see the difference between a Nismo bumper and stock bumper. The Nismo bumper stick out a bit to accommodate the wing.

Depends, are you interested in buying this with the hatch or without.
I’m not going to take it off. Find something to do in Houston in the summer, I made the drive to Vanderbilt for research before. Not bad at all
Just take the scenic route
