Default Cold air intakes for 19 nismo

I’m looking for some used intakes for my nismo, not to picky with the brand I don’t prefer the short tube Intake more like the Injen style and I prefer not to do any modifications to the crash bar, maybe remove the bumper, the reason being is I do plan to TT pretty soon so I don’t see the point of spending 500 plus on new intakes just to have a different set up, If you have anything Shot me a PM let’s make a deal lol 😂

Don't bother. Waste of time and money. See reasoning below...

I know that’s why I’m not buying new intakes they run $500 plus the ones I want but if I can find some use ones for a decent or cheap price then why not I will just buy and use those until I get my TT set up together

If you have a goal, why spend the money towards something that will take money away from your original goal and can't be used in conjunction with it? You could put the money you intend to use on the CAIs towards supporting mods (or the kit itself). It's like saying: "I want a new Nissan Z but I'm going to buy a Z31 for $5K until I can save enough money for the one I really want."

It's your money at the end of the day, but it really makes no sense.

And I understand your point and I don’t to sound like a jerk or anything but a few hundred bucks won’t kill me, I have the money but I’m just trying to enjoy and see what I can do to a NA Z, I just like to enjoy a car process and a build and i would like to do a mini build on the Z as NA and enjoy for a bit then go TT it’s just a hobby lol 😂

Just do some drop in’s, K&N or AFE…as the oem air box is actually good & CAI’s don’t yield the claimed HP

I agree 100% I know all these companies claim so much HP but I know it’s BS like JLT they swear and have Dynos to prove they Intakes give 18HP 😂 but for me intakes it’s more like eye candy and bling and I don’t expect much from a intake cus I am aware of it

I have the Z1 CAi on mine and paired them with many other bolt ons. I think they definitely help with the cars breathing if you have some other stuff going on.

Also, the 100% have a great sound at high rpm

Thanks that’s what I’m looking for something like the Z1 or Injen I do have upper and lower ported manifold along with matching ported TBs replaced the butterflies, Z1 headers and exhaust, I ordered GTR injectors to throw in so I can tune it, so I figured might as well get some intakes and enjoy the NA for a little bit in the winter I plan to do a TT set up myself, I enjoy tinkering and enjoying the build and the progress but it seems to find used intakes are difficult i thought since it was a common part it would be easy to find lol i
