Major curb rash, scratched, and bent inside rim.
Held air and rolls fine, I drove on this for 10K miles and even did some autocross in this condition with no problems, but unsure if the bend is repairable or would be able to bead a new tire on again, and not going to take money for it. Drive at your own risk.
