Berk HFC (With Issues)

The good: I only want $40. 50k total miles on the pair.

The Bad: I've had two cracked welds down stream of the catalyst where it meets the pipe. One was professionally repaired last week and looks better than what came from Berk. One weld was done by my buddy who I paid in pizza and beer. This one doesn't visually look as clean, but it also doesn't leak. It's been solid for about 18 months now so maybe you'll owe my buddy a slice of pizza if you buy these and they work for you.

The Potential Deal Breaker: One flange that meets the header on the passenger side is bent or warped. I have no clue how this happened! The car hasn't been in an accident, there haven't been any large rocks hanging out under my car, and there aren't any major dents or dings on the cat or the rest of my exhaust. (I might take $5 off the price if you can give me a plausible explanation about how this happens, I'm that damn confused about it...). This bent flange created an exhaust leak and will absolutely need to be fixed if you don't want a leak and/or a CEL. I'm not skilled enough with metals to know how it gets fixed, but I know that it can be repaired according to the inter webs.

Shipping from 96150 and I'd estimate these suckers weigh around 25lbs combined.
