Yep! However, there's one caveat...
Do you want a screamin' loud exhaust all the time or only when you get on it? This guy only opens up when you get on it. It does have a nice purr to it though, when at idle...

Not so much "screamin loud" but a nice tone while cruising would be nice. The exhaust I have now sounds ok while cruising and sounds good when I gun it..but I figure the REAL NISMO exhaust has to be better than this one! Plus, I already have the HFC's so that'll improve the sound either which route I go.

In my case, I believe I may have an exhaust-leak because I didn't use new gaskets. But honestly, I still love this CBE/HFC combo and really only have one other CBE in mind if I do sell this guy, and that is the Berk CBE to match the my Berk HFC's.
If not, then I'm sticking with this set-up.

I was thinking about getting it out of your possession but I later found out..at the dealership by looking at a NISMO Z..it doesnt actually have true dual exhaust. Has single muffler with y pipe. I'm just gonna go with F.I. with the exhaust...but I still have to sell my stock and Nismo S-tune.haha..and Stillen HFC. Good luck with your selling tho

If the dealer showed you a NISMO with a y-pipe on it, he either put on all aftermarket NISMO parts and is trying to sell it as a stock NISMO or maybe you didn't get as good a look at it, as you thought... Also, I believe, under the heat shielding where the pipe has an "H" appearance, there is no physical connection other than the shielding. They are two (2) separate pipes that happen to be joined by heat shielding. Now, it is true the NISMO exhaust is a single muffler, but with two (2) separate chambers, therefore maintaining a dual exhaust set-up. Hope that helps!

Chris is a good man, if you work a deal with the exhaust you wont be disappointed not to mention it came off my car so I can attest to the condition, I'm not sure I put 300 miles on it.
Good luck man.

Hello, sorry if you answered this. Have you already sold your Nismo OEM exhaust? (didn't see "sold) If no, please advise, I'm interested. Thanks!
