Yes, definitely. I figured it was a gimmick but for the used price it was worth a shot! I didn't want to mess with my warranty nor could I afford a tune...so. Anyhow, the throttle/peddle lag is completely gone and the shifting feels smoother IMO (7AT). I formerly drove in the semi auto mode nearly all the time to try to overcome the lag but now it isn't necessary (but still more fun ). I won't be going back to stock any time soon. But then again I have only had it installed for a couple days. BTW with the V2 (less expensive older model) I find the "green" setting to be preferable.
