It would be safe as is, however you would have to stick with a conservative tune. If you want numbers typically produced by many forum members, you need a clutch (CSC is mandatory with this), fuel pump, and injectors. After that it is up to you on how far you wish to go.

For that HP you need a build motor, tune it down to 500 and you should be ok, but you will need all of the above regardless, more HP you need more fuel.
