AAM stage 1 tuner twin turbo kit + dual 3” exhaust- $6500.00
SOLD
————————————————————————————————————————— Up for sale is my complete +/- 5000 mile AAM stage 1 twin turbo kit with some heavy modifications to areas where the out of the box kit falls short. This kit was pulled off of my own personal car tuned to 930whp/790wtq. Borg Warner EFR6758s w/ welded closed .85 A/R T25 turbine Housings (up from the standard .63). Manifolds converted to external gates with dump tubes to combat a waste gate design issue that would cause boost creep in high hp cars; as well as further improve upon freeing up back pressure from the exhaust valves. The two of these together dropped ping on the knock sensors exponentially. Filters have been converted from the cheap collapsing filters to a quality K&N cone filter with chromed filter ends. Full-Race billet aluminum EFR vent valve upgrade to replace the cheap plastic Borg Warner BoVs Disclaimer - the driver intercooler pipe has a love tap in it from where it separated from the coupler on a 28psi pull and struck the metal frame mount for the bumper tray. This is the only blemish on the entire kit. 4/11 Edit: I’m getting several inquiries on the cost of the turbo kit without the exhaust. As of right now I’m not entertaining separating the two unless I get a committed buyer for both items. I know most buyers are looking to buy as cheap as possible, but the turbos require a 3” exhaust which most people will not have on an N/A car. The parts go hand in hand for that reason, and it’s hard to say how long I would sit on the exhaust without it leaving with the turbo kit.

It would be safe as is, however you would have to stick with a conservative tune. If you want numbers typically produced by many forum members, you need a clutch (CSC is mandatory with this), fuel pump, and injectors. After that it is up to you on how far you wish to go.

I might be interested in the whole deal. Just have few question. I like my motordyne exhaust. Will the kit bolt on to the motordyne exhaust or I have to use the exhaust system it comes with.
