Steeds, are you selling the car? If so what's next? Will miss seeing the Z out at Cars & Coffee if you are selling.

Bump for Steeds with some awesome parts.!

PS- yes the hose clamps hold the ends on... the
Ends slide into the bar.
To help answer the question.

thanks IPLG37. It seems like you have seen these in person.

Im tempted to get this and have a shop fab different ends on to fit in a g37 application rather then the 370z specific rear strut tower part. If the ends truly come out it should be easy to replace them

Thanks my friend.

So yeah I’ve tried, and a welder friend also tried
After me and it just seemed there was
No way without maybe just making
A one off piece and welding it in... making
Pieces that bolt in to remove we deemed not
Possible, which sux because they made rear
Bars to fit the G35... go figure.

But yes I’ve had many Gs and Zs, I’ve had this
Bar, and I did actually sell the one I had and it’s made to
Replace the exact bar that comes standard
In the Zs from the factory as a direct replacement,
Anyhow, but again yes, release the hose clamps and
The ends come out and you’ll be left with just the bar...
Correct.!

I say Certainly give anything a try.
To my knowledge no one has still
Yet to do this in a G yet.!
Kudos if you do it.. for sure.!!

Steeds is a great guy too so I say go
For it... it Christmas anyway.!!

This bar is a type 2 as type 1 has
The eyelet holes drilled in for harnessing.
To help as well.

They bar does not have the harness. Its the Type 2. They also take 5+ months to get them from Japan plus shipping and only a few are sent over at a time. This one is ready to go. Then ends are clamped to the bar. I assume the Amuse Type 1 harness bar is solid all the way through for safety and isn't needed for this one.

God-Speed: No I am not selling it. Just selling the "show" parts. I don't show the car or really do car shows and these are way too pretty to sit in a box.

IPLG37: Thank you sir. You are kind gentleman yourself! Hope you had a great holiday!
