Post a screenshot of the cable management screen to verify what exactly this is. Basic interface cable? Standard cable with license on it? Tuner version?

There's nothing to verify. It's the interface cable, plain and simple. The cable holds no memory, meaning it does not keep a license or software on it. Those options come from UpRev and have nothing to do with the interface cable itself.
