Looks like it fits all years base and touring as long as they do not have nav. There is a different part number for nav models.

Center Bezel for 2013 Nissan 370Z|68262-1EK1A : CourtesyParts | Genuine OEM Nissan Parts & Accessories

Most people use the OEM bezel with double din head units.
