With a fuel return kit, new is the way to go. You made a good choice. Others would agree. There are just some things you don't want to cheap out on. Exhaust stuff.. ok, intake pipes.. fine. Anything forced induction or fuel related is iffy. I'm currently going through this experience with a used Stillen S.C. Just not worth the agony and pain. In the end, you supported one of the vendors!

In summary, the charge cooler in the plenum had a pin size hole. Went on the dyno after install and 6.5 PSI of coolant flooded my cylinders when it went into vacuum. I'm not at all a happy camper. I have not run into a blower issue YET... but I'm sure that will come soon too. And yeah... If I threw an extra 1,500, I would have had a brand new kit.

That is ridiculous to say the least. How do you like the gamma kit? Do you have a build thread i'm interested in numbers and psi and what not. I just picked up the v2 kit.

Build thread and pic dump threads are in my Sig. I am making 520whp @10.5psi. Internal wastegates are setup for 8.5psi but it creeps in the higher gears to 10.5. Currently my power is limited by my relatively small fuel system - hope to remedy that in the future with parts this thread was created for.... Any questions feel free to ask in one of my threads.
