how does it sit vs stock? higher/lower?

I nudge the roof w/ a helmet on now in OEM Nismo seats, so very interested to know before buying

Depending on how you mount it, it may sit an inch lower or higher. There are different side mounts that allow you to sit much lower. The ones I have are closer to stock level.
