I've done several fiberglass projects like this (but less complicated since they were sealed) and unless you have a bunch of experience, you're going to end up spending a ton of hours on it to achieve this level of complexity, fit, and finish. If you are truly cheap, you'll think about the number of hours it would take to build it - spend about half of them driving for uber or picking up extra hours at your job, and then just buy these.
