FS H&R 15mm bolt on spacers

These spacers were used for one summer,perfect condition other than a slight discoloration from the rusty disk.$80 plus ship firm

do these require me grinding the studs with the stock 19" Rays?

I had no problem with fitting them on my 2016 base front as well as back wheels.Maybe someone else can chime in here,but I believe they fit no problem on the rear rays,fronts I'm not so sure.
