Ok so my car is a total loss and I saved these parts if anyone's interested . The head unit looked super clean in the car

OEM CATS $250

Pioneer avh x4800bs with alpine power pack -$350

Left side DRL for 13-17 models - $200

Red gtr start button- SOLD

Yes it's in fully working condition. I bought it brand new from Bestbuy and had them install it 2 months ago. And to answer your question I think all you will need if you want steering controls is the steering wheel adapter .
