Everything im reading keeps going back and forth...Obviously the melting point is way higher but the issue im reading is how titanium disperses the heat. I know there are gtr's with Amuse exhausts but im not sure if what im gonna be doing with the stroker kit and stage 2 tt set up would be pushing it. Although its not like it would be a daily driver...f*ck i dunno...i really want this thing. Could u post pics of the exhaust with a piece of paper with your forum name and date for verification please. Please dont take offense. This is common practice for someone who is new to the forum with your post count and rep. Not to mention its thousands of $

I was just telling my wife I'm torn between waiting for a used titanium exhaust to pop up or getting a fast intentions. I wish this was about 2 months from now when I should be getting an influx of cash..

Titanium is fine. the welds however will be the week point. I have had titanium exhaust on high heat exhaust cars and have broken welds multiple times. I think the source Nomodsjk was talking to was probably referring to the welds. not the titanium itself. Titanium is a great dissipator of heat however the materials used in filler for the weld can break under high heat. Regardless if the exhaust is post Y pipe there shouldnt be a problem however if he is going stroker and big turbo with a Y pipe then yeah there is a good chance he could have issues. A y pipe will cause restriction in his exhaust and hold heat.
Just so the facts are out there it isnt the titanium that fails is the welds. I have first hand knowledge of this and had two titanium exhausts break welds on me. It not typical and is usually in extreme heat situations. Any person looking to buy this will be picking up a great product!!! Out side of high horsepower builds this would be an excellent addition to anyones car!
