Any idea what's going on with that damage to the tire on the third wheel (6th photo)? There is a band running along one of the grooves that doesn't look right

I text you back but never got a response.

I purchased the car wrecked and the fender got pushed into the tire and put a groove in it. Its not cut all the way through the tread. I just figure there isn't much life left in the fronts.
