How was the ride quality with everything else stock? Need to lower mine just worried about being to bouncy with after market lowering springs

NoHyperbole 07-15-2016 07:34 PM

The ride quality was better than stock in that it was more even and controlled, except over rough roads, in which case you became aware of the higher spring rate.

Hello,

do you have pics of them on your car with the 20/25 spacers? I'll pick these up probably, but want to see which size spacers i wanna get.

How long do you think stock shocks will hold with these, I'm at 80k miles

NoHyperbole 08-02-2016 07:43 PM

If your OEM shocks have 80k miles on them, I imagine it's nearly time to replace them if they're not worn out already. My guess is that using any lowering springs with your shocks will hasten their demise.

Perhaps you'd be interested in my 2014 OEM Sport shocks. They have 13,500 miles on them, with about 6,000 of those miles being paired with the Swifts.

Excellent question. I feel like this thread is invisible.

As I mentioned in the original post, shipping to the East Coast will cost about $80, which is prohibitive.

Please purchase these springs brand new from one of our forum sponsors.

Those pictures are indeed the visual. Many forum members would have been justifiably upset had I posted pictures of a 370Z that was not lowered in a for-sale thread for lowering springs. There probably aren't many pictures of 370Zs lowered on Swift springs anywhere on this forum, so I understand your need for a visual. My intent will never be to mislead.

Will I need a camber kit or toe bolts with these springs?

NoHyperbole 09-05-2016 02:05 PM

Unfortunately, there really isn't any way to know.

I wish there were a thread about Swift springs in which people share their experiences regarding the springs as well as the aftermarket parts necessary to ensure proper alignment.
