I can vouch for how it feels in the hand, lol there is no way to talk about this without it sounding weird.

Anyways, I have the Deathgrip by likewise, essentially the same thing, but mine is the spiked dildo, and it feels great, your fingers rest perfectly in the notches.

Only thing some people might dislike, being a taller shift knob it will have much more travel compared to a short or even the stock knob, so it will feel like it takes a little longer to throw in gear. Other than that, its a quality knob.
