Feeler:Fly1 Zele Rep Front Bumper/Carbon Lip
 

Fitted and painted. My body shop repaired the front bumper, but it started to crack on the inside by the wheel (very small and it has not gotten worse). Maybe a rock hit the repair or the rough road (causing vibration). I'm not for sure. I am ordering a new front bumper to replace it.

I was thinking about selling it to someone who don't care about imperfection or have the required skills to repair it. It is FRP w/partial carbon fiber (so many compliments on this kit). The lip is full carbon fiber with a horizontal crack on the bottom that is not visible once installed (also easy to fix).

A friend suggested gorilla fiberglass paste, sand it down, and just painting the part satin black since it is in the wheel well area and the same for the lip.

The front bumper is still on my car (waiting on the new bumper). It may be a few weeks before I can ship it. However, local members have the priority.

I contacted Fly1 today. They suggest that the front bumper is going to take about 3-4 weeks to make. My body shop will take about a week (at the most) depending on the workload to finish my car. I've contacted all interested parties. So far it seems shipping via Greyhound Express is between $110-130 (Texas, Ohio, and Cali). BTW, Greyhound Express have a priority service (only selected areas) for about $20-30 more that guarantees it ships out on the next bus vs. standard which is when space is available.
