What is the difference in this vs bulletproof TK knob?

I like turtles.

There's no difference on the newer knobs- if it was the limited run TK knob it's made by Rowen all TK buyers got a limited amount for a one run time.

If one of the original ones- those were the ones made long ago buy TK before Rowen took over the ownership.

That's all- if it's new and from bulletproof- it's from Rowen, supposedly made from the original exact specs as the original ones.

From the pictures, there is no differences from the recent bulletproof ones and this one except they are in a different batch.

However, there are different finishes on the TK shift knobs. This one is little bit dull. I have a polished finish TK knob that was made way back for the 350z/g35. Regardlessly, it's a nice knob. I love it.

Very true ... I failed to mention the newer version is indeed more dull finish... and the original older ones do look more polished silver to me as well!

I have the old and new TK knob. The only real difference I have noticed is that on the new "Rowen" knob, the turtle is a lot more recessed and is almost flush with the top of the knob. My old one's turtle is more pronounced.

For everyone thats wondering about the finish of this specific knob. Took a few more pics of the knob under some light.

Bump for a good seller. Showed me this shift knob in person 110% in brand new condition!

I have 4 of them. 3 newer version and 1 old version. Notice the finish on the top one and the rest of them are different? Also the color of the letters are different too. The top one was made before they "discontinued"(10 years ago).

But let's not change the topic here. I am pretty sure OP's knob is legit and in a mint condition. I would grab one before they are gone gone. GLWS :tup:
