What can be done with the ecutek? Is it like osiris. Or is it pre-loaded with tunes?

This is for the cable and dongle only. You will need to buy and ecutek license and have a tuner tune the car. My understanding is the the ecutek license is bound to the original ECU and cannot be removed.
