HE sent me pics of the hood the other day. It definitely has clear coat issues. He said it needs clay bar but from what i saw more like wet

HE sent me pics of the hood the other day. It definitely has clear coat issues. He said it needs clay bar but from what i saw more like wet sanding and re-clear which is why i wanna see it in person. My concern is that the resin itself may be stained and would need work. For $150 thats my guess.
