quick question whats a short tail on your oem exhaust?

Its pretty much a muffler delete, I took the tails and tips from my friends muffler that he didn't want and welded them together. Sound is a lot like an AAM short tails setup. Has the deep growl, loud sound and backfire pop. I was really happy with it while I had it on there. No issues whatsoever with it. His tails maybe had like 4k miles and I put about 5k on myself.
