I'm about to take mine off within the next few days since I can't pass state inspection, and I don't know wether it's gonna be worth the hassle to put

I'm about to take mine off within the next few days since I can't pass state inspection, and I don't know wether it's gonna be worth the hassle to put them back on. What would you be willing to offer? They have about 8k miles on them. They also have an extra O2 bung on the passenger side.
